Telugu actor, who has starred in "Sneha Geetham", "Ala Modalindi" and "Kaalicharan", has authored a book, which is said to help aspiring actors in planning their career move.
Chaitanya's first book has been titled "What I Wish I knew Before I Became An Actor" and it will provide information on how to plan one's acting career effectively before they get into the industry.
"A lot of aspiring actors enter the industry with the passion to be famous, but when reality hits them hard, they are bogged down. This book will help actors to plan their career in the right way," the actor told IANS.
The actor adds that knowing some basic aspect will help to become a successful actor. "When you're five years old in the industry and feel things are not going the way you'd planned, in retrospect you ask yourself if you've made the right decision by entering films. If you know certain things before hand, you know what it takes to be an actor," added Chaitanya.
Chaitanya, who made his cinematic debut with the 2009 Telugu film "Ninnu Kalisaka", says that the book is based on his personal experiences in filmdom. "Each experience in my career so far has some important learning. I wanted to share them," said the actor who finished the book in about six months.
Talking about the content, he said that "after every two chapters, I've included the profiles of a few heroes, heroines and comedians. I spoke to actors who've come with no filmy background and struggled to make a mark like me in the industry."
If the actor doesn't find a publisher, he is planning to publish the book himself.
On the film front, he has Telugu projects "Ladies & Gentleman" and "Krishnamma Kalipindi Iddarinia" in his kitty.
