Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally at Telangana's Nizamabad on Tuesday ahead of the state's assembly elections scheduled on December 7.
He will be addressing another rally later today at Mahbubnagar.
The prime minister said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has ruined Telangana. He said, " Chandrashekar Rao's apprenticeship was in Congress. He learnt from them and destroyed Telangana. Now if those who have done PhD come to power, they will do 100 times more destruction."
Modi will also address another rally at Hyderabad's Lal Bahadur Stadium on December 3.

One day after PM Modi's address in Nizamabad and Mahabubnagar, Congress president Rahul Gandhi is set to reach Telangana on November 29. As part of the alliance with TDP, he will take part in a roadshow at Parigi and Chevella, near Hyderabad.
He will participate in the rally along with Telugu Desam Party leader Chandrababu Naidu.

CVoter has predicted that the Congress-TDP alliance will win in Telangana with 64 votes. The opinion poll also claims that TRS will win 42 seats, while BJP is set to win four seats.

PM targets Congress in NizamabadThe prime minister laid thinly veiled attacks on Congress and the ruling TRS during his address in Nizamabad.
He said, "We launched the Ayushman Bharat Yojana for poor people's welfare. We rolled out the scheme to ensure quality and affordable healthcare facilities for all. But the hief minister of this state showed no interest in it. The state's chief minister feels too insecure and refused to connect the state with the scheme of Ayushman Bharat."
He also accused the TRS of playing vote-bank politics which, according to Modi, turned out to be a failure for CM K Chandrasekhar Rao.
