Tejaswi Madivada, who has earlier acted with Mahesh Babu in "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu" (SVSC), is all set to share screen space with the superstar again in his upcoming movie "Srimanthudu".
It was rumoured recently that Tejaswi would do a guest appearance in Mahesh Babu's "Srimanthudu".
"Yes, I am doing a cameo in this film. I got a call from director Koratala Shiva for a cameo and I agreed immediately. This is a bigger one compared to my earlier film," she told Deccan Chronicle.
Tejaswi started her career as a freelance dance instructor. She participated in Miss Dabur Gulabari 2011, where she was the second runner-up. The beauty pageant bagged her first filmy offer, featuring in a cameo role in "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu".
Her desire is to play a full-fledged role in a Mahesh Babu film.
"Although I play a small role in the movie, it really doesn't bother me much because it's with Mahesh Babu. I hope my prayers get answered soon and I get to do a full-length role with him. It feels like the first time again. He's such a warm person and anybody would love to work with him," IANS quoted Tejaswi as saying.
Her guest appearances in movies such as "Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu", "Manam" and "Heart Attack" impressed maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who roped in the actress as heroine for his film "Ice Cream". With the movie bombing at the box office, she did not get any offer to play the female lead.
She continued to do guest appearances in "Lovers", "Anukshanam" and "Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju". She will be next seen doing a cameo in "Pandaga Chesko", which will be released on 29 May. Besides "Srimanthudu", she has offers such as "Natpathigaram 79", "Superstar Kidnap", "Oorvasi vo Rakshasi vo", "Kerintha", "Subramaniam For Sale" and "Wish you happy break up" in her kitty.
