Amber Portwood and her fiancé Matt Baier's relationship seems to be riddled with many complications, mysteries and lies. The reality star has stood by Matt even after finding out about his kids in "Teen Mom OG" Season 5, but it seems as if her patience is wearing thin. The latest news suggests that she has called off the wedding and is tired of his "lies."
Amber's recent outburst was in connection with a series of flirtatious tweets made by Baier in 2014. In the recently aired Season 6 premiere of "Teen Mom OG," the MTV star found out about her fiancé's messages to cast mate Farrah Abraham and "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans.
Matt told Farrah, "@F1abraham thanks for the follow. I'm a big fan and u r very beautiful," and added in another tweet, @F1abraham Farrah forget online dating. I'd be honored to take u out."
In addition to this, he also flirted with Jenelle by tweeting, "I am a huge fan and think u r stunningly beautiful. How about a follow? U will make a crappy Saturday good #please."
When confronted by Amber, Matt defended himself by stating that the tweets were sent a long time ago. However, it was his lies that angered Amber. In the premiere episode, Amber alleged, "You told me when we first met you didn't know anything about "Teen Mom OG." And you didn't know anything about me, Farrah or Maci, but you knew about "Teen Mom 2" so what the f--- is the truth?"
Matt's vague and non-committal response impelled Amber, 26, to call off their October wedding, but she still hasn't split from him.
The reality star seems to have sought her support system while in the midst of a turbulent relationship. "Teen Mom OG" cast member Farrah has been a source of strength and this became evident in the long phone call Amber and Farrah shared in Season 6 episode 1.
Will this new revelation stir more trouble in Amber and Matt's relationship? This remains to be seen.
