Having battled anxiety and undergone therapy for depression, reality star Leah Messer seems to be pulling through. The last few months have been exceptionally difficult for Leah. From being labelled a drug addict to losing custody of her twin daughters to ex-husband Corey Simms, the "Teen Mom 2" star has braved trying times.
However, in a recent series of photos posted on Thanksgiving, Leah seems to be in better shape, and we gauge that Season 7 of the reality show will depict a much stronger mom.
During Thanksgiving weekend, Leah spent time with her daughters Ali, Aleeah and Addie, and her family. The star shared several of these pictures with her fans on Facebook. Leah couldn't spend Thanksgiving with her kids owing to the loss of custody in a 13 October ruling. However, latest reports suggest Leah is going to contest the ruling after uncovering evidence that could work in her favour.
According to reports, the West Virginia native has acquired school records which indicate her kids weren't tardy or late. A source close to Leah told Radar Online Corey and Miranda Simms may have forced school authorities to fabricate the facts. The website further revealed the 23-year-old mother-of-three is prepared for a new custody hearing, and will present the evidence she's found.
Meanwhile, Leah's ex-husband Jeremy Calvert hasn't officially confirmed if he will return to the show, but rumours suggest he will. MTV's "Teen Mom 2" Season 7 is in production, with Leah Messer, Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans, and Chelsea Houska confirmed as the cast.
"Teen Mom 2" Season 7 premiere date is not yet known.
