After positive response from India for Tiago, Tata Motors has launched its new hatchback in Nepal. Priced from NPR 22.55 lakh (ex-showroom Kathmandu), Tiago in Nepal will be available only in 1.2-petrol powertrain. The hatchback will have its public display in Nepal at NADA Auto Show, starting from Tuesday.
The hatchback in Nepal will be sold in three variants – XE, XM, and XZ, and in six colour options – Striker Blue, Berry Red, Sunburst Orange, Espresso Brown, Pearlescent White and Platinum Silver.

"This globally bench-marked car, represents the next big leap in our transformation journey and we are confident that Tiago's strong and distinct character will make it stand out in this highly popular but immensely competitive segment," he added.
The Tiago in Nepal is powered by 1.2-litre three-cylinder Revotron petrol tuned to dish out 83.8bhp of power at 6,000rpm and 114Nm of torque at 3,500rpm. The engine come mated to five-speed manual transmission. The hatchback also boasts of claimed fuel efficiency of 23.84kmpl. Tiago is packed with segment-first feature, the multi-drive mode – City and Eco.
