Tata Safari Storme Facelift Interiors Completely Revealed in New Spy Shots; All You Need to Know [PHOTOS]

The facelifted avatar of Tata Safari Storme is expected to make its entry into the market anytime soon. Clear spy shots of the interior of the new Safari Storme have emerged ahead of its much-awaited arrival, detailing the changes in the new model.

Snapped by the folks at Team BHP, the latest spy shots of Safari Storme reveal new steering wheel with integrated music controls like the one in Zest; and the centre console of the model features silver accent. There is also a music system that supports CD, MP3, Aux, and USB and iPod connectivity. Although the previous spy shots of the Storme interior had shown a new gear knob with different shift pattern, R-1-2-3-4-5 layout, in the latest images, it remains the same as the current model.

Under the hood, the facelifted avatar of Safari Storme is likely to pack 2.2-litre four-cylinder VariCOR diesel engine with improved output of 160PS and 400Nm of torque. The current Safari Storme model has the capacity to produce 138bhp of power. Rumours indicate a six-speed gearbox for the new Safari Storme facelift and the model is likely to reach the showroom with a price pegged at ₹10 - ₹13 lakh.

The changes in the exterior are limited to minor tweaks in the front with new honeycomb grille. Tata Safari Storme which rivals Mahindra Scorpio and Renault Duster India is expected to make its debut by May.
