Tata Motors revealed its new TVCs featuring Argentinean footballer and Spanish club Barcelona forward Lionel Messi as the new face of the brand earlier this month. The ad campaigns of the company, which are now being played on all platforms like television, radio and online, was shot in Spain.
Tata's new ad #madeofgreat has already created quite a buzz on the auto corridors. While their cars are already popular, Tata has this time gone a step ahead and managed to rope in Messi.
Though it was earlier being said that everything happened in a hurry and that the brand had just four hours to prepare the campaign material and shoot with the star footballer, Tata has now revealed how the snazzy shots were taken in Barcelona.
Speaking to The Economic Times, Tata debunked the myth that everything was done in the last minute. Tata explained that the preparations for the shoot with Messi started months before the actual photo shoot and the team had done it with the most scrupulous care.
A day before the actual shoot with Messi, the entire team had a full rehearsal with the directors, producers and photographers and on the day of shoot, to capture everything that happens, Tata had three studios with four cameras, two photographers and a videographer. The shoot was done like clockwork and the outcome is just wonderful.
