A lot has already been talked about Tata's upcoming compact sedan Kite 5, its features, specifications and launch. And what is probably left out is the pricing of Kite 5 in India. Now, if the emerging reports are anything to go by, Kite 5 will get a price tag starting around Rs 4 lakh and if this rings true, Kite 5 would become the most affordable compact sedan in the country.
According to Carblog, Kite 5, which is likely to be called Tata Sway, could be priced at around Rs 4 lakh and the sedan is likely to be launched in the country in early 2017. Although Kite 5 was earlier rumoured to come to the market in 2016, it was reported that the launch was delayed as Tata is re-looking at the strategy for Kite 5 so as to keep the price in check whilst maintaining quality.
