"Tanu Weds Manu Returns" is now officially the highest Bollywood grosser in India this year, earning ₹98.37 crore in box office collections after the end of its second weekend.
Trade analysts predict the collections to cross ₹100 crore by Monday (1 June).
Taran Adarsh says the movie collected ₹6.65 crore, ₹9.40 crore and ₹12.25 crore last Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. With this, "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" has beaten Akshay Kumar's "Baby" and "Gabbar is Back", which earned ₹95.50 crore and ₹86 crore respectively, in India.
Adarsh adds the Kangana Ranaut starrer could even earn ₹125 crore.

Meanwhile, "Piku" has been hit by the strong run of "Tanu Weds Manu Returns".
The Deepika Padukone-Amitabh Bachchan starrer's total box office collection in India reached ₹77 .33 crore, with ₹45 lakh on Friday, ₹75 lakh on Saturday and ₹1.05 crore on Sunday.
