'Tamasha' Plot Revealed: Ranbir-Deepika to be Seen in Completely Different Avatar

Much is being made of the Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone starrer "Tamasha." From the 'leaked' pictures and videos, the Imtiaz Ali directorial has generated a massive buzz even before the release of its 'first look.'

Adding to it is the plot revelation. Kapoor will be seen essaying the role of a nomad, while Padukone is a comic enthusiast (Asterix and Obelix, to be precise) on a trip in Corsica, DNA reports.

The two will be seen bonding over their love for comics and staging 'tamashas' as troupe artists. While at it, they apparently will also explore the island.

The story line comes across as engaging as it will follow the lead pair on many adventures. Moreover, Ali's films have always had something new to offer. Be it "Love Aaj Kal", "Rockstar" or "Highway", the ace director has always managed to deliver substance. And with the hit "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" pair and necessary twists and turns, a similar magic shall be recreated.

The fans seem happy with the leaked photos and videos on social media but the makers are disappointed. Real location shooting comes with its share of disadvantages.

The pictures reveal a different look of Kapoor with shaved sides and disconnected top and Padukone is gracious in a white dress and a pretty flower headband.

Latest reports suggest that the "Besharam" actor was miffed with the leaked content. He has requested the makers to increase security on the sets and cut down the usage of cell phones while shooting.

It doesn't end there, "Tamasha" was also in the news a couple of weeks ago because of Ranveer Singh's secret visit to meet his 'alleged' girlfriend Padukone.

Shot extensively in Corsica, the cast will begin its second schedule shooting this November. The film has A. R. Rahman's music and is slated to release in 2015.
