Syria: Double explosion at Russian naval base in Tartus kills at least 30 people
At least 30 have been killed in a double bombing at a Russian naval base in Tartus, Syria. One bomb is said to have been a car bomb whilst the other a suicide bomber. This video shows the aftermath.
