Swipe Launches Konnect 4, Konnect 4E Android Smartphones in India; Price, Specification Details

Popular technology firm Swipe has expanded its Konnect series in the country with the launch of two new android smartphones dubbed Konnect 4 and Konnect 4E.

Available in Black, Red, Blue and White colour options, the smartphones Konnect 4 and Konnect 4E have been priced at ₹4,490 and ₹3,750 respectively.

Swipe Konnect 4E, a budget Android handset sports 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixel) OGS display and is shipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor paired with 256MB of RAM and packs 512MB of internal storage ,which is further expandable by upto 32 GB with microSD card.

On the connectivity front, the Konnect 4E supports Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, Micro-USB and FM radio and comes loaded with 1500mAh battery. The handset comes equipped with 2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera.

On the other hand, Konnect 4 boasts 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixel) OGS display and is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and packs 4GB of built-in storage with expandable option by upto 32 GB via microSD card. In terms of the camera features, the handset houses 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.

Connectivity features of the smartphone include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS and the phone is backed by 1500mAh battery.

Recently,Swipe Telecom has launched a budget smartphone Konnect 5.0 in India with a price tag of ₹8,999. The handset boasts of 5.0-inch qHD (960x540p) display with OGS (One Glass Solution) technology, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB DDR3 RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB), 8.0-megapixel primary camera, 3.2-megapixel front camera for video chatting and 1950 mAh battery.
