Colors' "Swaragini," which gained immense popularity amongst its millions of viewers, has completed one successful year. Although the show essentially revolves around the story of two half sisters Swara (Helly Shah) and Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayagankar), the viewers also enjoy the love story of Swara and Sanskaar (Varun Kapoor).
Within a short span of time, the show with the interesting twists and turns has turned out to be a favourite of the viewers. Not just the show, but the cast, including Helly, Tejaswi, Varun and Namish Taneja, have also gained fame and recognition from the show.
"I think my character Sanskaar is a beautifully written character and I feel lucky enough to be playing the role," Varun told Telly Chakkar.
"This is my biggest break in the industry! I have done shows earlier but the fame and recognition Swaragini has given me is tremendous and I am thankful for it. I got to learn a lot in this one year journey.. especially from my senior co-actors. It has been a fruitful association with the entire team and I am looking for many more such years to come," Helly told India Forums.
Unfortunately, the entire team couldn't celebrate the occasion on the same day (March 2) due to the hectic shooting schedule, but the crew is planning to party together soon. "We were shouting on the set that is our first birthday and the excitement level was too high. But unfortunately because of work pressure and team working separately, we couldn't celebrate it on the same day. However we are planning to party soon with the entire cast and crew," Helly said.
Meanwhile on "Swaragini," Swara, who had left the Maheshwari house, has returned to save the family from the humiliation after evil Kavya (Roop Durgapal) filed a police complaint against all the family members on charges of domestic violence.
There were also reports that Swara will get a makeover in the upcoming episodes and will also find out Kavya's motive behind entering the Maheswari household.
