New Delhi, Oct 02 (ANI): As a part of the Swachh Bharat Campaign, a walkathon was flagged off by Prime Minster Narendra Modi from Rajpath, in New Delhi on Thursday.
Afterwards, PM Modi and other participants of the walkathon walked towards the Vayu Bhavan. Earlier today the 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' was officially launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Rajpath. Prime Minister Modi today also visited Valmiki Basti where he wielded the broom and interacted with the 'Safai Karamcharis' present there. Cleanliness drive is on in Delhi and other parts of the country. Lakhs of Central government employees working across the country will take a pledge of cleanliness in various public functions being organized today.
