Suzy Bae, one of the popular members of Korean-Chinese K-Pop girl group miss A, is likely to share screen space with actor Park Hae Jin in the upcoming Korean television drama titled "Cheese in the Trap".
The project, based on the popular cartoon series of the same name, revolves around the life of a university student Hong Seol who falls in love with a mysterious sunbae named Yoo Jung.
It focuses on the challenges faced by the female lead while trying to expose the dark side of her lover.
Hae Jin is already confirmed to appear in the role of male lead and the creative team is still in talks with Lee Min Ho's lady love to portray the female protagonist. The celeb's agency, JYP Entertainment, recently revealed that she has received the script and will be considering the opportunity, according to allkpop.
The miss A singer made her acting debut in 2013 through the drama "Gu Family Book" and appeared in a cameo role on "My Love From Another Star". So, many of her fans are waiting to watch her performance in the upcoming television drama.
"Cheese in the Trap" will be directed by "The Coffee Prince" fame Lee Yun-jeong and is scheduled to air on tvN channel towards the end of this year.
