Japanese carmaker Suzuki's, Indonesian subsidiary PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales has learned that the sporty nuance for cars is increasingly loved by the wider community now because of its more expressive appearance and maximum performance when used. In order to capitalise on this trend, the carmaker has revealed sport edition concepts of its Baleno, Ignis and Ertiga models at the ongoing 2018 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) in Jakarta.

Ertiga Suzuki Sport

The Sport concept of Suzuki Ertiga is based on the second generation model that went on sale in Indonesia in April 2018. Upfront mesh grille in black flanked by smoked LED projector headlamps with DRLs add mass to the MPV. The red lining at the top of the grille and chiselled front bumper extends sporty feel.

The concept has a lowered stance. The side skirts accentuate the slammed look while 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels shod in 225/40 cross-section low profile tyres completes the look. At the rear, a larger upper spoiler and faux diffuser. Rear upper spoilers and the bumper scuff plate has been added for the exclusivity.

Ignis Suzuki Sport

The Ignis Sport concept boasts off Daytime Running Lights (DRL) housed on the grille. The lower section of the bumpers and sides are finished in the black while red skid plates perfectly contrast the in the dark coloured backdrop. The Ignis Sport concept has been revealed in four colours- Tinsel Blue Pearl, Uptown Red Pearl, Arctic White Pearl and Midnight Black Pearl. All the version comes with black coloured alloy wheels, side decals and a massive rear upper spoiler.

Baleno Suzuki Sport

The Baleno Sport concept revealed at the show comes draped in the black metallic paint job. The red coloured embellishment at the front and rear bumper, and sides perfectly contrast with the body colour. The five twin-spoke diamond cut alloy wheel increases the sporty stance further. The Baleno Sport concept comes without graphics and rear spoiler yet it looks muscular than other concepts at the show.
