Bhopal, Oct 05 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Police invited controversy for dragging a suspect to a district court in the Gandhinagar area of Bhopal after allegedly stripping and chaining him. The video also witnessed an alleged culprit being taken with respect while the suspect is being brutally dragged. The Congress on Sunday sought an explanation from Home Minister Rajnath Singh and demanded prompt action against those guilty. Congress leader Manak Agarwal accused Home Minister of not doing his duty and instead attending rallies.
