Susan Sarandon is 70, but that did not prevent her from flashing a lot of skin at the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday.
The actress stole the show at the opening ceremony in a dark green velvet gown that featured a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit.
The long-sleeved off-shoulder dress flaunted Sarandon's fit figure. She accessorised it with dark shades and dangling earrings.

Sarandon was on her way to the premiere of Ismael's Ghosts at the Palais des Festivals, but she took time on the red carpet to greet other celebrities as well. She was spotted chatting with Julianne Moore and also hugged and laughed with her 3 Generations co-star Elle Fanning.
She also spent a few minutes with Victoria's Secret model Bella Hadid, who suffered a wardrobe malfunction when a gust of wind resulted in her dress opening wide and revealing her underwear.
The Cannes Film Festival kicked off its 70th edition celebration on Wednesday with a star-studded ceremony hosted by Monica Bellucci.
Jury president Pedro Almodovar said he hoped "the 19 films in competition will not only leave a mark in my life but will fill me and inspire me in my next movies."
"I haven't been a president before. I promise to give you my best and my worst, I promise to be subjective, passionate and flexible. I promise to devote my whole body and soul to this task. Fortunately I'm not alone in this task — people I admire will be by my side," he said.
