Suriya starrer "Anjaan" is breaking all records much before its release. The teaser of the film has crossed more than 2 million views within six days. The teaser was launched at the Vijay Television Awards held in Chennai on 5 July.

The team of "Anjaan" had a celebration recently, when the teaser views crossed over a million. Suriya, director Lingusamy, UTV Motion Pictures chief Dhananjayan Govind, editor Antony and dialogue writer Brinda Sarathy met fans and media at a star hotel in Chennai as part of the celebrations. The success get-together with the fans will be telecasted on Sun TV at 1.30 PM on 13 July.

The audio launch of the film will be done by 'Ulakanayakan' Kamal Haasan and will take place on 22 July. The function will be held as a grand event at Chennai Trade Centre in the presence of thousands of Suriya fans.
"Anjaan" will also see Suriya as a singer. The actor had earlier sung a jingle for a coffee brand. But this is the first time he will sing a song for a film.
The song composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja is said to be breezy peppy number and is said to start with the lines "Ek Do Theen". The film has five songs and is written by Na. Muthukumar. The music is bagged by Sony Music South.
"Expectation about every film of mine is getting bigger and I have to satisfy the classes, masses, families and kids," Suirya told Sify "My kids, wife and parents have to watch and enjoy my films."
"The business of my films is big and it has a market in Kerala, Andhra, Hindi and overseas," he added. "So the content and presentation has to match the sensibilities of all these audiences. So my responsibility is huge."
Suriya will play the role of Raju Bhai in this action thriller film and has Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead role.
"Anjaan is just not an action film packaged to satisfy the opening weekend crowd, but the breezy romance, sentiments, songs, visuals and overall packaging is going to be lapped up by all section of audiences," the actor added.
"Anjaan" also has Vidyut Jamwal, Manoj Bajpai, Soori, Rajpal Yadav, Dalip Tahil and Murali Sharma in pivotal roles.
Santhosh Sivan has done the cinematography and the film is produced by Thirrupathi Brothers and UTV Motion Pictures.
