New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued notice on the writ petition filed by a law intern to all the respondents including former judge, Swatanter Kumar, who has been accused of sexual harassment. The young law graduate had filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Kumar, seeking an enquiry and forum into the case. The petitioner's lawyer, Vrinda Grover said that a notice has been issued to the Secretary General of the Supreme Court, Swatanter Kumar and Attorney General as well.
