"Supernatural" Season 11 premiere date remains unconfirmed, but the fans have something else to rejoice about. The show may be previewed at the upcoming San Diego Comic Con from 9 to 12 July. Showrunner Jim Michaels announced on Twitter that the first eight episodes of the show have already been written, so shooting for the same will happen soon.
"I have the stories for the first 8 episodes of season 11 already -- Love our writing staff at #Supernatural for being SO professional! THX!," Michaels, who is also a producer of "Supernatural", tweeted. The upcoming Season 11 of The CW series is expected to have 23 episodes.
When a fan asked him if the filming for Season 11 will start before or after SDCC, specifically because the comic con itself is happening earlier than usual this year, he replied:
We will get a little shooting in before SDCC... not too many though! https://t.co/mkpBQlNcsp

The fans are interpreting this to mean that the upcoming season of the series will be previewed at the Comic Con by the "Supernatural" panel.
Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins and Mark A Sheppard are set to hold the "Supernatural" panel on Sunday, 12 July, from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm, along with executive producer Jeremy Carver. The fans have already been informed to prepare fot an exclusive video presentation, featuring series highlights and special features from "Supernatural: The Complete Tenth Season DVD and Blu-ray™", set for release on 8 September.
Now, there is hope for a sneak peak into Season 11 of "Supernatural" as well, although Sam and Dean is heading down an impossible path, with the looming "Darkness" awaiting them.
