Singer Senthil Ganesh shot to fame in Tamil music industry after his successful stint at the Vijay TV's Super Singer season 6. As several offers seem to be coming his way, the folk singer has now bagged an opportunity to sing for Suriya's next movie, directed by KV Anand. Film composer Harris Jayaraj has scored the music for the much-awaited film.
Producer KE Gnanavelraaja announced the news on Twitter and wrote, "A great thing happened. Recorded an opening song for KV Anand sir's superb movie with Harris Jayaraj sir 's mesmerizing music n SuperHero Surya sir's play..it was an amazing day..airtel super singer Senthil Ganesh's bold voice is blowing in mind.cheers..[sic]"
Senthil's singing ability was only limited to Pudukkottai and other nearby places, however, after showcasing his talent in Vijay TV for Super Singer 6, he is going places. The show ended last month, but his singing ability has won him millions of fans among Tamil music lovers.
Impressed with his skills, AR Rahman, who attended the singing competition as a guest, decided to give him an opportunity to sing even before the completion of the show.
However, it is Sivakarthikeyan's next movie Semma Raja, which marks his debut in Kollywood. Announcing the news, D Imman tweeted, "Glad to introduce folk music talent #SenthilGanesh from the Super Singer Fraternity for an energetic racy folk number in dir @ponramVVS 's #Seemaraja starring thambi @Siva_Kartikeyan and @Samanthaprabhu2 in the lead!
