Sunny Leone might be having a good run at the box office, but her past, with which she's at peace, has often stood in the way.
After drawing incessant flak for being a former porn actor, fresh trouble is on the board for this gorgeous actress. According to reports, a complaint has been filed against the porn website she allegedly owns.
Arun Parulekar, a resident of Margao, has filed the complaint against the adult star's own porn website (consisting her nude photos and videos) stating that it is an offence under Sections 292, 292A and 293 of the Indian Penal Code.
Additionally, the offence also reportedly falls under Sections 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women's Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.
"The pornographic material on the said website is so bad that it immediately awakens the prurient interests of any visitor. The website is free for all. Although it mentions about the age restriction, the notification is just a farce and any person can watch the contents regardless of age. This shows the criminal intention of Sunny Leone and therefore, she, along with her accomplices, in publishing such images and videos, have committed various offences as narrated above," The Times of India quoted the complaint.
However, this is not the first time that someone has gone against her. A few days ago it was Rakhi Sawant who took fierce digs at the star saying she won hearts by entertaining people and not by starring in adult films.
Sunny, a fews ago, opened up about such snarky comments, saying if she took them seriously she would have packed her bags and left for the US.
