Sunny Leone has topped the list of Yahoo's most searched celebrity on Google for the year 2016, beating Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
Sunny has become the most searched Indian personality on Google for the fifth consecutive time. PM Modi claimed the second spot on the list, followed by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at the third place and Salman at the fourth position.
While Sunny has topped the list, Yahoo also released a list of most searched male Indian celebrities. While Salman is the most searched Indian male celebrity on Google in the Yahoo list this year, stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma claimed the second spot.
Others to follow in the list are Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, comedian Tanmay Bhat, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Becoming the second most searched male Indian celebrity after Salman is a great achievement for Kapil.
He is mostly known for his TV show -- The Kapil Sharma Show -- which is currently one of the most popular comedy shows on Indian television.
Nonetheless, Sunny is certainly reigning the online world as she became the most searched Indian personality on Google for the fifth consecutive time in 2016.
