Adult star-turned-Bollywood actress Sunny Leone is all set to groove to a song in the upcoming Tamil film "Vadacurry."
Sunny Leone, who debuted in the Hindi film industry with "Jism 2," will be appearing in a special number with actor Jai in the Tamil comedy-thriller flick
Dhayanidhi Alagiri, who is producing the film under his Meeka Entertainment banner, has confirmed the news. "just signed up the beautiful and sexy @SunnyLeone for @vadacurrymovie... she would be performing for a song... it gonna be an awesome song.." he tweeted.
"There is a sequence in the film in which Jai dreams that he is dancing with Sunny Leone and Sunny Leone will be grooving for this dream song," film's director Saravana Rajan told The Times of India.
"Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed a fantastic western song and it was only after listening to this tune that we have decided to bring Sunny Leone on board. We are yet to finalize on where and how we are going to shoot the song," he added.
The comedy thriller flick will have Swati Reddy of "Subramaniapuram" fame as the female lead, whereas RJ Balaji, Kasthuri and Misha Ghoshal will be appearing in supporting roles. The film's cinematography is handled by Venkatesh, while editing has been done by Praveen K. L. and N. B. Srikanth. The Jai starrer is expected to release in February 2014, though an official confirmation is still awaited.
"Vadacurry" will be Sunny Leone's first Tamil film. The Canadian actress was recently seen in an item number in John Abraham's Bollwyood flick "Shootout at Wadala."
Apart from her Tamil film, Sunny has a few Hindi projects in hand. She will be next seen in "Jackpot" alongside Naseeruddin Shah and Sachiin Joshi. Tamil actor Bharath is making his Hindi debut with this film. Her other projects include "Ragini MMS 2" and "Tina and Lolo."
