Sunny Deol is all set to make a comeback with his upcoming movie "Ghayal Once Again" (previously titled "Ghayal Returns") and it looks like the actor has planned some surprises for his fans.
It has been reported that Sunny went bald for a sequence in the film, following which he used prosthetics for continuity.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, a particular jail sequence in "Ghayal Once Again" demanded the actor shave his head and then popular makeup artiste Clover Wootton took charge to maintain continuity.
The report also stated that Sunny was highly satisfied with his look for the sequence and was very impressed with the prosthetic makeup.
"Sunny was happy because this was what he had wanted. He has been under a lot of stress and mental trauma in jail and the shaving of the head is part of the treatment. It has a calming effect on him and puts him on the path to recovery," the report quoted co-producer Sunil Saini as saying.
The shoot was just for one day but the makeup itself took five to six hours, the report added.
Sequel to "Ghayal", the story of "Ghayal Once Again" revolves around four teenagers who become the target of an evil powerful man for being honest. Sunny plays the role of their saviour and the trailer of the film suggests that the movie will have a lot of action.
The film is slated to be released on 15 January.
