After "NH10," Anushka Sharma will appear in her next home production film, "Phillauri," and she looked graceful and gorgeous in an ethnic wear in a movie still. Starring opposite Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh, the "Sultan" actress will reportedly play the character of a ghost in the film.
Directed by debutant Anshai Lal, "Phillauri" is an uncommon love story full of humour and it will also feature the "Life Of Pi" actor Suraj Sharma. Several on-set photos have been doing the rounds on social media and now, Anushka's look from the film has mesmerised the fans.
Anushka is seen sitting with an intense look on her face and she is wearing a traditional Punjabi outfit. However, she will be playing a funny ghost's character, which is different from her last film, "NH 10," which was produced by her home production Clean Slate Productions.
It will be interesting to see Anushka in a comedy drama, which also stars Diljit. The Punjabi star has recently made his debut in Bollywood with Abhishek Chaubey's "Udta Punjab." The "Ambarsariya" actor will be seen playing a cop in the Shahid Kapoor-starrer.
Meanwhile, Anushka is busy promoting her upcoming film "Sultan." In this film, she will play the role of a wrestler and will be seen fighting with real-life wrestlers as well. Starring opposite Salman Khan, the actress will also be seen doing household works like making cow dung cakes. This is the first time Salman and Anushka will be seen sharing screen space.
On the other hand, Anushka will also be seen in Karan Johar's "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" alongside Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Fawad Khan. In the romantic drama, Anushka will be shown belonging to a royal family in Karachi and the character of her love interest will be played by Fawad.
