When "Suits" took a mid-season break after episode 10 of season 5, we saw everyone dear to us in Pearson Specter Litt in shambles. Mike got caught for fraudulence, Harvey quit his dream job to save his family aka Jessica and Jessica got to retain her post as the named partner, but at the cost of her protégé losing his job.
When USA Today returns with season 5B of "Suits" in 2016, we will see that Mike's (Patrick J Adams) arrest may not be the worst thing ever, when taking the bigger picture into consideration. In fact, it might be his arrest that indirectly brings everybody back on track.

Harvey, (Gabriel Macht) for example, cannot stand back and watch one of his own get arrested and wait for somebody else to do something about it. Although his deal with Charles Forstman (Eric Roberts) was that he would quit Pearson Specter Litt, Harvey would definitely find a way around that to save his protégé, because if we know one thing about the cocky lawyer, it is that he would go to any lengths to protect the people he loves.
We also believe that this arrest, in the long run, would benefit Mike too. In the penultimate episode of Season 5A, we saw Trevor (Tom Lipinski) tell Mike that as long as he keeps living a lie, it will continue to eat him up. But now that Mike is caught, he does not have that burden on him, and once Harvey gets him out of prison, he can go back to being the kick-ass lawyer we know him to be, after getting a token degree.
However, an arrest may not have been the best thing to have happened to Mike right before his wedding.
