"Suits" will return with season 5 episode 5 on USA Network at 9 pm (EST) on Wednesday, 22 July, and will bring back a hated character; Harvey's nemesis Travis. "Toe to Toe" will also see Louis trying to win back Harvey's respect and friendship, but at the cost of another partnership.
Travis Tanner (Eric Close), a rival lawyer of Harvey's, was last seen in season 3, representing Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairley). In episode 5 of the current season, he returns with another case that puts him and Harvey (Gabriel Macht) at odds, and although he claims to be a "changed man", his true colours come out in the promo itself.
Harvey knows that every time he is pitted against Travis, it gets "brutal", but that is exactly what he wants, and against Mike's (Patrick J Adams) better judgement, he decides to fight it out with his old nemesis. In the promo Harvey and Travis are seen engaging in a war of words, but things get out of hand, when Travis mentions Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Harvey tries to hit him.
Meanwhile, Jessica (Gina Torres) gets Louis (Rick Hoffman) to settle his feud with Harvey, but that would mean making an enemy out of Jack (John Pyper-Ferguson). However, Jack is the last person Louis wants to make an enemy of, because he has incriminating evidence to get Louis kicked out of Pearson Specter Litt.
