Kiccha Sudeep, who is all set to enter Tamil industry with a bang in Vijay's 58th movie, will be playing an interesting role in it. The buzz says that he will be seen as Ilayathalapathy's brother.
There is a buzz that Sudeep has a powerful role in "Vijay 58", a tentative title given by the audience to refer the Vijay starrer. Reportedly, the "Eega" actor shares an equal screen space with Ilayathalapathy.
This is Sudeep's first straight Kollywood movie. His earlier Telugu movie "Naan Ee" was partially shot in Tamil and was majorly dubbed. Hence, the upcoming Vijay-Hansika Motwani starrer will be a special flick for him.
The shooting of "Vijay 58" kick started on Monday, 10 November. A massive set has been erected in an open ground in ECR, Chennai. A song featuring Vijay and Hansika will be shot on the set designed by Muthuraj.
Sudeep will join the team a few days later, on 14 November. The news has been confirmed by the actor himself. Reacting to a fan's query, he tweeted, "joinin th team on 14".
Apart from Vijay, Sudeep and Hansika, Shruti Haasan and yesteryear actress Sridevi Kapoor are also doing pivotal roles in it. The upcoming film is directed by Chimbudevan and Kalaipuli S Dhanu will produce the fantasy-adventure movie made with the budget of ₹75-80 crore.
The mega-budget Kollywood project will hit the theatres next summer.
After the completion of this movie, Sudeep will star in ace filmmaker KS Ravikumar's multilingual movie, which is mainly made in Tamil and Kannada.
