Kiccha Sudeep has given an interesting hint about his character in SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali 2", saying that he has a bigger role to play in the second part of the mega-budget movie.
Speaking to Bangalore Mirror, Sudeep has opened up on his possible role extension in "Baahubali 2". In the first instalment, which will hit the screens in July, the Kannada superstar will be seen in a cameo.
"Actually, it's a guest role in Baahubali. But I am worried that I will have a bigger role in the sequel. Rajamouli is not the sort of person who would tell everything. But he gave a hint with just a smile. I shot for only seven days. I had two dialogues that were for the climax. I asked him why these dialogues now and would I have to shoot more. He just smiled," Bangalore Mirror quoted Sudeep as saying.
Sudeep points out that SS Rajamouli has not promised anything, but has just given a hint of the same. The actor adds, "I do not know, but with Rajamouli you can never tell. He will do whatever he feels is required for a film. "
The Kannada actor will be seen in the role named Aslaam Khan, a Persian noble. "Baahubali" stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. The film has two parts of which the first will hit the screens on 10 July. The second instalment will be released in 2016.
Meanwhile, Sudeep, who is getting ready for the release of his next movie, "Ranna", a remake of Telugu hit movie "Attarintiki Daredi" starring Pawan Kalyan. Soon, he will be kick-starting KS Ravikumar's multilingual project, which will be simultaneously made in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu languages.
