Sai Dharam Tej's third movie "Subramanyam for Sale" [SFS] has got Censor Board certificate and is set for a grand release in theatres worldwide on 24 September.
The makers of "Subramanyam for Sale" reportedly held a special screening for Censor Board officials on 21 September. The officials have given a U/A certificate without asking for any changes.
Soon after "Subramanyam for Sale" got the certificate, Sai Dharam Tej took to his Twitter handle to convey the news. "#SubramanyamForSale #september24th Certified U/A."
Dil Raju, who has produced "Subramanyam for Sale" under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations, confirmed the news. "#SubramanyamForSale censored with U/A certificate. Grand release on September 24th 2015," he tweeted from his production house's Twitter handle.
"Subramanyam for Sale" has been written and directed by "Gabbar Singh" fame Harish Shankar. The director says that his latest venture is a complete family entertainer. "There was a lot of abuse I got for portraying violence in the film (Ramaiyya Vastavaiyya). This time I want to entertain and make the family audience happy. It is a complete package," The Hindu quoted the director as saying.
"Subramanyam for Sale" reportedly has all the commercial ingredients to woo mass audience. Sai Dharam Tej is the hero, while Regina Cassandra and Adah Sharma appear in the female leads. Nagababu, Kota Srinivas Rao, Rao Ramesh, Prathvi, Prabhas Sreenu, Suman, Brahmanandam and Pragathy are in supporting cast. Mickey J Meyer has composed music for the movie.
The promos of "Subramanyam for Sale" have generated lot of curiosity among film goers, resulting in the theatrical rights of the movie being sold for fancy prices. Now its distributors of various areas have made grand plans for its release. The film will be released in over 200 screens in the Nizam area alone, a record for a young hero like Sai Dharam Tej.
