The fate of major characters in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", including hooded evil dark lord Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), his mysterious superior Uber (Andy Serkis), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), his daughter Rey (Daisy Ridley), Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher), Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Chewbacca (Peter Mayhem) and stormtrooper Finn (John Boyega), has been revealed.
Making Star Wars recently released a detailed synopsis of the seventh instalment and it introduced a new planet 'Jakku' to the fans of the epic space opera. The desert planet is a place from where the journey of a Skywalker's lightsaber begins.
The energy weapon passes through several hands, including the village elder Vicar (Max Von Sydow), X-wing pilot Poe Dameron's (Oscar Isaac) droid, BB-8, and Finn, after it tumbles out of space. But Kylo is the one, who is frantically in search of it.
After confronting and killing the Vicar, the evil dark lord attacks the X-wing pilot to find the weapon because he knows that it is being used by the Clan against The Seven. However, he fails in his mission as Dameron succeeds in fleeing from the First Order Star Destroyer with the help of Finn.
"Later on the street, Rey is confronted by ruffians. Finn, emerging from his trek through the desert, enters the settlement. He quickly sees that Rey is trouble. Being the compassionate type, he intervenes to help her. She doesn't need his help, of course, and doesn't trust Finn's intentions. She also doesn't believe that he is a Resistance pilot. Rey and Finn make a run for it, with BB-8 in tow. They are pursued by ruffians again, who are perhaps fulfilling a bounty for the First Order. TIE fighters scream overhead, and begin firing laser blasts at them. They frantically look for a ship, and ultimately choose one that's sitting there with its door open. It's the Millennium Falcon."
After Han Solo and Chewbacca join the team, they head towards Maz Kanata's (Lupita Nyong) castle to find a way out to save the lightsaber. The pirate tells them the importance of the energy weapon along with a shocking truth that Rey is the lost daughter of Han Solo.
Meanwhile, Kylo Ren tracks down the weapon and destroys the pirate castle to acquire it. While he interrogates Rey in First Order Evil Castle, she informs him that he can never be as powerful as Darth Vader. "This infuriates Kylo, and he leaves the chamber to report his findings. He learns that he no longer needs the lightsaber to fulfil his purpose," states the website.
Later on, Han Solo, Finnn, Maz Kanata and the rest of the team members head to First Order castle to destroy it. After a powerful space battle between the X-wings and TIE Fighters, the First Order is defeated, but Kylo Ren and Uber retreat and plot their next move.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens", which is scheduled to be released on 18 December, ends up showing Rey handing over the lightsaber to Luke Skywalker.
