The overall pass percentage of Kerala's 2015 Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) board results will reportedly be updated and the Kerala Education Department has decided to republish the result soon.
The SSLC board results were released on Monday, 20 April, and recorded a pass percentage of 97.99. However, it is likely to be changed after re-evaluation of data from all the 54 valuation centres, according to Manorama Online report.
Besides, changes are also expected in the number of schools that had earlier recorded 100% pass percentage.
Kannur, which earlier topped among all the cities for recording higher number of pass percentage, is likely to come down to third position and Kozhikode is likely to replace it, according to Asianet News.
The re-evaluation was considered after several complaints on errors and inaccuracies started flooding in after the results were released on Monday.
Some students said they were informed that they were not qualified for higher studies even as the result showed they had passed.
Meanwhile, Education Minister PK Abdu Rabb has said that the discrepancies in the results were dur to trouble with the software.
