SS Rajamouli, who is basking on the success of "Baahubali", had said that he wants to direct Tamil star Ajith during his visit to Chennai last month. Now, it looks like his dream will come true very soon.
As per reports in Telugu media, SS Rajamouli will team up with Ajith post his second instalment of "Baahubali". The director has reportedly asked his father S Vijayendra Prasad, who has penned stories for most of the director's works, to pen a script keeping Thala's image in mind.
Buzz says that Ajith and SS Rajamouli's movie might take off any time in 2016. The interesting part of the star cast is that Tollywood star actor Allu Arjun would also be a part of the project. The forthcoming film will be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu. It is likely to be dubbed in other languages too.
The news does not come as a surprise, as SS Rajamouli had expressed his wish to direct Ajith recently. During the promotional event of "Baahubali" in Chennai, the ace filmmaker claimed that the Tamil star is a fantastic human being and he would like to work with him in future. He also expressed his desire to team up with Rajinikanth, Suriya and other actors.
Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli's latest movie "Baahubali" has struck gold at the Tamil Nadu box office. The multilingual movie starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamanna Bhatia in the lead roles has earned close to Rs.70 crore in the state.
