This year, on February 24, the nation mourned the loss of the legendary actress Sridevi who died at 54 due to accidental drowning in a Dubai hotel. On Sridevi's 55th birth anniversary, August 13, her fans and well-wishers remembered her through her iconic songs, blockbuster movies and her rare, unseen photos as a tribute. And even after her untimely death, Sridevi is going to entertain her fans for the one last time with her physical appearance on the big screen.
Yes, the Hawa Hawai actress had shot a special party song for filmmaker Aanand L Rai's much-awaited film Zero starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
Sridevi will be seen doing a cameo in the film along with several other actors like Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Alia Bhatt, Kajol, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Abhay Deol. The song which will feature Sridevi will be much more like Deewangi song from Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om where a sea of actors were seen shaking a leg alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
According to reports, the song sequence won't be released until the movie hit the theatres on December 21 as the makers of Zero want audience to see Sridevi on the big screen itself. Her appearance is being touted to be a big surprise element in the film.
Earlier this year, a picture featuring Karisma, Shah Rukh Khan, Sridevi and Alia Bhatt had gone viral on social media which hinted at the legendary actress' special cameo. Earlier, Boney Kapoor too had confirmed Sridevi's presence in Zero.
