Former Indian cricketer Sreesanth is all set to make a mark as an actor with the upcoming Malayalam movie Team 5. After releasing the teaser of the movie, which narrates the story of few bikers, the makers released its first romantic song on Sunday, October 16, on the YouTube page of music label Muzik247.
The three-minute-51-second video song, which starts with the lyrics Neela Shankhu Pushpame, features Sreesanth and Nikki Galrani. The romantic song has been rendered by Divya S Menon, who rose to fame with the hit song Thudakkam Maangalyam from the movie Bangalore Days. The melody has been composed by Gopi Sunder for which Harinarayanan BK has penned the lyrics.
Team 5, helmed by Suresh Govind, has been making headlines for being the debut movie of Sreesanth. It also stars Pearle Maaney and Makarand Deshpandey in significant roles. While Sajith Purushan has cranked the camera, Dilip Dennis does the editing of the movie, which is being bankrolled by Raj Zacharias under the banner Celebs And Red Carpet.

Meanwhile, the romantic song has been garnering positive response from audience and netizens. The makers are yet to announce the release date of Team 5.
