Special counsel Robert Mueller has enlisted a grand jury to oversee the ongoing investigation into Russias interference in the 2016 election.The new phase of the expanding probe comes on the heels of a bipartisan bill aiming to protect Mr. Muellers investigation from White House obstructionism. The Special Counsel Integrity Act introduced on 3 August would allow any special counsel, including Mueller...to challenge the[ir] removal in court which would be heard and determined by a panel of 3 federal judge within 14 days of the filing of the action.
