A 19-year-old woman from the northeastern city of Figueres, Spain was arrested on Monday on charges of supporting Islamic State terrorist group.
The woman was arrested by Spanish national police for allegedly establishing a support network for IS members and affiliates, Xinhua reported.
She allegedly sent fighters to the areas under IS control through safe routes and gave them advice about security measures they had to take into account to avoid being caught.
She was also thought to have conversed with people who had radical social media profiles and helped spread IS ideas and terrorist attacks online.
The detention follows another one of Saturday when an 18-year old woman was arrested in Gandia, Valencia, for spreading the ideas of IS and its activities, and helping recruiting other women to join the organisation.
