At least two children were killed after a school bus caught fire following a crash in South Africa on Friday, eNCA news agency reported.
The school bus carrying dozens of children crashed and burst into flames on N 3 Route between Warden and Harrismith. Twin girls - aged 3, were burned to death, while a total of six students were critically injured, according to News24.
The eNCA report noted that most children were able to rush out, before flames engulfed the bus.
According to Arrive Alive, the bus was dropping children back home after school and was heading towards Harrismith when it was involved in a crash.
Photos shared on social media by passersby shows the bus in flames, while school chilren can seen lying on the side of the road after escaping.
There are no report yet on the injured. More details awaited.
