Sony Xperia Z1 has been in the news for the past couple of months. With the launch just around the corner, tech enthusiasts are treated with high-resolution images of Xperia Z1 aka Honami.
The set of high-resolution images purported to be of Xperia Z1 has hit the web, thanks to Chinese website 365dian. The pictures have nothing new to reveal, but instead showed the overall design and style of the smartphone. It also featured the label "G" near the camera. Sony is expected to pull the wraps off its much anticipated smartphone in Berlin on 4 September, two days ahead of the annual international electronics trade fair IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) conference in the German capital.
The device is rumoured to come with a 5-inch TRILUMINUS display with 1080p resolution, 2.2GHz Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU with Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 operating system.
The upcoming Sony Xperia i1 smartphone is said to come with a 20.7-megapixel camera with the company's exclusive camera technology Exmor RS image sensor. Besides this, the Honami smartphone may also feature an IONZ image processor and Sony G lens. Another stipulated feature is support for video-recording in 4 K (3840x2160p) resolutions, which is twice the full HD (1920x1080p) quality.
