Sony launched the photography-centric smartphone Xperia XA Ultra in India on Tuesday.
The USP of the Xperia XA Ultra is its front camera. It boasts a 16MP camera featuring wide-angle (88-degree) lens, Sony's proprietary Exmor R sensor, dedicated front LED flash, OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), autofocus, HDR photo, and low-light photography mode.
It also houses an equally impressive 21.5MP primary camera, which boasts Sony's Exmor RS sensor, ½.4-inch lens, HDR photo, 5x Clear Image Zoom, Auto-Scene Recognition, Hybrid Autofocus and quick launch option.
Other stipulated features of Xperia XA Ultra include a 6.0-inch full HD display, MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core SoC (System-on-Chip), 3GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and a 2700mAh battery, which can keep the Sony phone running for close to two days.
Price and availability:
The new Xperia XA Ultra is now available on both online and brick-and-mortar stores for Rs. 29,990. It comes in three colour options — black, lime gold and white.
Competition:
Based on its price and specification-sheet, the Xperia XA Ultra will be up against Xiaomi Mi Max, OnePlus 3 and LeEco Le Max, among others.
