Sony's new smartphone Xperia L which was recently listed on Indian online stores is now finally available for ₹18,990.
Xperia L sports a 4.3-inch TFT LCD display with 854x480p resolution and pixel density close to 228 ppi (pixels per inch). It runs on Android mobile OS v4.1 Jelly Bean powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory with options of expanding up to 32GB via microSD card.
The new mid-range Sony smartphone is now available at e-retailers Saholic and Snapdeal for ₹18,990. Another e-retailer Infibeam is expected to begin sales of the smartphone on 8 May.
With pretty decent features for a price-tag of sub-₹19,000, the smartphone it is expected to give a stiff challenge to Nokia's popular Windows Phone 8 OS based Lumia 720 which also falls in same price range.
