Mobile arm of the consumer electronics giant Sony India on 17 April reportedly launched the LTE variant of the recently-released Xperia E4 in India.
The company has listed the new Xperia E4g Dual on the official website for ₹13,290 and is expected to be made available in a few days' time, probably by this month end.
The new Xperia E4g comes packed with pretty same specifications seen inside the original Xperia E4, sans a couple of features. The former houses a faster SoC (System on Chip) 1.5GHz MediaTek quad-core processor and 4G network connectivity feature, whereas the latter comes shipped with 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek chipset and 3G network support.

Other stipulated features include 5.0-inch qHD display, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory, and a 2300 mAh battery, which can run the device for close to 653 hours under standby mode.

Once released, Sony Xperia E4g will be up against the popular brands like Motorola Moto E (2 Gen) LTE, Xiaomi Redmi 2, Microsoft Lumia 640, HTC Desire 826G, and soon to released Lenovo A6000 Plus.
