With just a few days left for the 4 July Paris event to kick-off, Sony's speculated camera centric phablet, codenamed Honami i1, is leaked online.
Sony community website Xperia Blog has got hold of the system dump file of the alleged Sony Honami i1 smartphone (model: C6906) from a Canada based carrier network.
The deciphered file has revealed that the speculated Sony phone would ship with new camera app options like Steady Shot mode, TimeShift Burst mode, Manual, Socialcast and Effect mode. Other additional enhancements include the new walkman music app, Info Eye app, Augmented Reality and a revamped UI (User-Interface).
In terms of hardware, Honami i1 is expected to pack a 20-megapixel camera capable of taking 4K resolution video (4000x2000p) with aspect ratio of 2:1. It is also able to snap 5248x3936p quality pictures thanks to the new resolution algorithm set.
The website has also revealed that the Sony phone would house Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 800 series quad-core processor, the very same chipset that was last seen in the recently unveiled Xperia Z Ultra phablet.
Just a couple of days ago, technology website GSM Arena had posted snapshots of the Honami smartphone with an Eiffel Tower screen saver, which hinted the possible debut of the device at the company's sponsored Paris event on 4 July.
