Gulbarga, Feb 01 (ANI): While addressing a rally in Gulbarga of Karnataka, Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Saturday said that the BJP during its rule in the state spread corruption and were responsible for no development in the state. Gandhi said that Congress, on the other hand, introduced many bills and reforms for the betterment of people and the development of the state. She also said that the BJP only says and Congress does what it says.
