The much-awaited songs of the movie "Ennum Eppozhum" have been released and much to the excitement of fans, Vidyasagar has struck again with his melodies. The album consist of four songs and each one has been lauded by his fans.
The lyrics have been written by Rafeeq Ahmed and each song is earthy in its own way.
The first song in the album which starts with the words "Malarvaka Kombathu" has been sung by P Jayachandran and Rajalakshmi. The sweetness of the voices of the singers makes it a worthy one.
The second song "Nilavum Mayunnnu" is probably a favourite of fans, and looks like this one will be the next to top among the melodies of this season. With this song, Vidhyasagar has established himself again as the king of melodies; Harishankar's voice adds to the soothing melancholic feeling of the song.
The third song "Dhithiki Dhithiki" sung by Binni Krishnakumar is more of a semi-classical number. The song sounds like it has been set for a Bharathanatyam dance sequence of Manju Warrier and most probably, the dance sequence which was featured in the trailer.
The last song "Pulariponne" sing by Vijay Yesudas is a feel-good song, which sounds like a typical one from a Sathyan Anthikkad movie.
Meanwhile "Ennum Eppozhum" is scheduled for its release on 27 March.
The cinematography of the movie has been done by Neil D'Cunha. The story of the movie is by veteran actor Raveendran and Ranjan Pramod has written the script.
"Ennum Eppozhum" will see Mohanlal play the role of 'Vineeth', a negligent reporter of a leading women's magazine who lacks commitment to his work. Manju Warrier plays the role of 'Deepa', a socially-committed family court lawyer.
The film talks about how these two individuals, who are poles apart in character, meet by destiny and the troubles they face in adjusting to each other.
