Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, who has been busy with the promotion of her latest film "Tevar", will take a break for the wedding function of her brother Kush Sinha.
The wedding, which will take place on Sunday, 18 January, will be a private family affair. It will be followed by a grand reception on Monday, which will be attended by big names of the industry as well as Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Sonakshi, her father and politician Shatrughan Sinha and mother Poonam Sinha had earlier invited the PM for the wedding.
Sources close to the family reveal that Kush will be marrying Taruna Agarwal, a close friend of the groom and his twin brother Luv. Taruna is the daughter of a prominent NRI family from London.
Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor-Sonakshi starrer "Tevar" has failed to entertain audiences during the first week of its release. The film received quite a lot of negative reviews and opened to below average response at the box office.
