Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Kamal Haasan graced the opening ceremony of 15th Mumbai Film Festival on 17 October at the Liberty Cinema Hall in Mumbai. The ceremony was opened with lighting of the traditional lamp.
The "R...Rajkumar" actress looked stunning in a pink Anarkali dress while Kamal looked dashing in well-tailored black pants and a crisp blue shirt paired with gray blazer.
Apart from Sonakshi and Kamal, Tisca Chopra, Ramesh Sippy, Divya Dutta, Konkona Sen Sharma, Shyam Benegal, French filmmaker Costa Gavras and Maharashtra's CM Prithviraj Chavan also attended the event.
During the ipening ceremony of the film festival, Kamal was also honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award and the "Vishwaroopam" actor appeared pleased with it.
